Why? Notice what it's like to be in your own body.

Every sweet sensation, genuine smile, and calming breath of fresh air was made possible by your body. In this particular practice we will quietly take note of the many sensations in our bodies without trying to heal hurts or experince a high.

Let's practice tuning into our sensations and noticing all the vital things our bodies are doing for us. We'll purposefully pay attention to our feet on the ground, the wind on our skin, the warmth of the sun, and the beat of our hearts. Research suggests his practice can increase our general awareness to our body's needs, which can help us take better care of ourselves and make healthier decisions about eating, sleep, and exercise.

When & Where? Two options.

I am finding us a few locations. If you would like to help host an event, please email hamraduncan@gmail.com.
