Why? Set some grateful goals.

The idea of "gratitude" is everywhere. On our walls, oven mitts, journals, prayers, poems, and so on. The word is everywhere, but what does it actually mean? And just as importantly, what does it mean to you? Let's chat about.

I don't have a scientific definition I'm going to try to convince you is right. Instead, we'll take time to read a few different quotes and ideas around gratitude from people who've taken it seriously. We'll chat together, each come to our own conclusions, and set personal grateful goals for the month of November.

When? Three options.

Saturday the 1st from 12-1:15pm

Sunday the 2nd from from 12-1:15pm

OR

Monday the 6th from 12-1:15pm

All three events feature the same content, so you only need to attend one. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.

Where? TBD.

I am finding us a location. If you have space and would like to help host this event please email hamraduncan@gmail.com.

Who? 16 grateful neighbors.

Get to know 15 fellow gratefulness practitioners. This gathering will bounce back and forth between silent reflection and group conversation so you'll have a chance to connect with multiple people. Plus, I'll hang around after the event for "porch time" if you want to keep the conversation going.

What? Reflect, share, connect.
