Research suggests that consciously giving thanks for the good things in our lives can have profound effects on our well-being and relationships. Consider that you could have every good fortune, gift, and blessing, and, if you fail to notice them, won't even know they are there. So! Put some time on your calendar to write down the good stuff happening in your life.
The majority of this event is silent, but there will be opportunity for optional partner conversations and "porch time" after the event to catchup or make new friends.
We'll start with 25min of silent journaling followed by optional partner convos. You'll have the option to silently journal the entire time or, when you're finished, find a partner to chat with. We'll have printed instruction sheets so you can walk in, pick up your instructions, and go at your own pace. The instructions will be shared prior to the event as well.
Please arrive right at 12pm if you want to have time to journal and do partner convos. Otherwise, you can come and go as your schedule allows. You can also print out your own instruction sheet to practice anywhere in town.
